Jigsaw offers a new and innovative approach to the challenge of supporting people with disability to enter or re-enter the workforce.
The revelation at the heart of the Jigsaw model is very simple: people prepare best for work in work.
As a result, we have built the Jigsaw model on the foundation of a working, sustainable social enterprise; a genuine business, which acts as a training ground, serves as an employer, and truly prepares participants for mainstream work. Jigsaw’s services are digitisation and information management, and to date we have worked with over 50 corporate and government clients.
Within the context of this working social enterprise, we bring together three supports:
Jigsaw LEARNING provides practical training, skill-development and work experience opportunities for people with disability, focused on work-readiness.
Jigsaw OUTSOURCING delivers digitisation contracts for corporate and government clients, which creates immediate jobs for people with disability, paid at award wages.
The Business Manager is responsible for Jigsaw’s business contracts and for delivering exceptional customer service to all business clients. The Business Manager seeks to continually innovate & develop business systems, processes, and technology. The Business Manager works with the Team Leaders to drive the efficiency, quality, and professionalism of all business services, in line with Jigsaw’s mission.
