Jigsaw’s services are digitisation and information management, and to date we have worked with over 50 corporate and government clients.

Within the context of this working social enterprise, we bring together three supports:

Jigsaw LEARNING provides practical training, skill-development and work experience opportunities for people with disability, focused on work-readiness.

Jigsaw OUTSOURCING delivers digitisation contracts for corporate and government clients, which creates immediate jobs for people with disability, paid at award wages.

The Business Manager is responsible for Jigsaw’s business contracts and for delivering exceptional customer service to all business clients. The Business Manager seeks to continually innovate & develop business systems, processes, and technology. The Business Manager works with the Team Leaders to drive the efficiency, quality, and professionalism of all business services, in line with Jigsaw’s mission.

Key accountabilities

  • Effectively manage Jigsaw’s business contracts
    • Deliver excellent customer service to all business clients, completing contracts on schedule, to specification, and to excellent quality standards
    • Maintain prompt & professional communication with business clients throughout contracts
  • Track & maintain detailed records of all business contracts, and of productivity & accuracy across the hub
    • Maintain detailed records for each business contract (specifications, status, location, etc. of each box)
    • Report regularly to General Manager on business contract status’, issues & risks, and productivity & accuracy across the hub
  • Drive innovation & development in business systems, technology, and services
    • Support Sales Manager to build digitisation solutions for new clients
    • Strive continually to be improving the quality and efficiency of business services, in line with the Jigsaw mission
    • Seek to identify issues & opportunities within business operations, systems, technology, and report & provide recommendations on these to General Manager
  • Manage Team Leaders
    • Support and manage the performance of Team Leaders
    • Provide Team Leaders with the training, process documents, and resources required in order for them to complete business contracts and hit set KPIs
    • Stay attuned to the challenges, bottlenecks, and obstacles faced by Team Leaders and work to resolve them
    • Work closely with Team Leaders to drive efficiency & accuracy and to build culture within their teams
