The Donor Acquisition Coordinator is accountable for assisting the growth of The Foundation's Acquisition program (both single and regular giving). Working as part of our highly successful fundraising team, you will provide project support and coordination, across our Donor Acquisition programs.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating the direct mail acquisition campaigns and being the key point of contact for designers, mail houses and list brokers
  2. Provide support for Face to Face and other regular giving acquisition programs, including telemarketing and digital
  3. Support the set-up and piloting of new acquisition channels, projects and campaigns to achieve ambitious new donor growth targets
  4. Deliver inspirational training for acquisition programs including Face to Face and telemarketing agency partners
  5. Provide support as required to the Digital, Communications and Supporter Relations teams to ensure campaign integration

To be successful in this role you will ideally have a degree in a related field and/or work experience in a marketing or fundraising environment. You will have the ability to collate and understand campaign reports and budgets, with proven ability to work to strict deadlines managing multiple projects. You will possess excellent attention to detail (written and numerical), have a good working knowledge of Excel and strong data and reporting skills. In addition, you will need strong written and verbal communication and project management skills.
