Your Community Health is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Data and Process Analyst for a fixed term 12 month, full time position.

About Us

Your Community Health provides a comprehensive range of medical, dental and allied health services and support programs to anyone, through a combination of outreach, client-based and centre-based activities. Our purpose is to enable health, wellbeing and dignity for all people in northern Melbourne by providing responsive and accessible services. We provide priority access to those most at risk of health inequalities and those that may face barriers to accessing traditional health services.

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Data and Process Analyst will assist Your Community Health to streamline processes and embrace a data-driven culture. We are on an exciting journey of transformation and are embracing data in a way we never have. We are open to new ideas and want to work smarter to achieve more with what we have. Initially offered fixed term for 12 months, there is the possibility of this becoming an ongoing position.

Your passion and commitment will see you:

  • Play a key part in our organisational transformation
  • Be the expert in data analysis and process design
  • Ensure data is used to enable better business decision making
  • Design, develop and implement data frameworks, processes and continuous improvement projects
  • Remove barriers to data access
  • Coach teams in how to mine data effectively

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Previous experience working as a Business / Data Analyst
  • Experience and ability to interpret network analysis, sentiment analysis, statistical analysis and longitudinal analysis
  • Ability to design database architecture and use data manipulation tools
  • Demonstrated experience in critically assessing organisational requirements and knowing what's important and what isn't
  • Previous experience facilitating group sessions in a professional, respectful and dynamic way
