CAAFLU Aboriginal Corporation is a holistic, multidisciplinary trauma informed legal, advocacy and support service for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander victims of family violence and sexual assault.

We are recruiting for a Legal Practitioner/Community Legal Education Officer to provide legal advice/representation and community legal education to and for the benefit of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander victims of family violence and community support services and stakeholders within our target communities.

This position is based in Alice Springs with regular overnight travel to our remote communities.

Conditions

  • Salary $58,756 - $61,996 (depending on experience)
  • District allowance;
  • Superannuation at 9.5%;
  • 6 weeks annual leave plus Christmas break;
  • Flexible working conditions negotiable; and
