The Volunteer Coordinator manages Baptistcare’s Volunteer Program and coordinates a broad range of activities to undertake recruitment, training and retention of Volunteers across all business lines. This role is also responsible for ensuring an engaging volunteer journey is developed to further strengthen the connection between our customers, our people and our community.

Essential

  • Ability to constructively show and act on initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and commination skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain comprehensive records, competency in producing consistent regular records and reporting of activities.

  • Strong computer literacy with database systems and MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to think creatively.
