YWCA Australia is currently seeking a dedicated Case Manager, Outreach to join our CASY House Team in our Darwin location. This is a part time role (3 days per week) role on a maximum term contract ending on 30 June 2025.
The role is responsible for the early intervention response for young people in youth accommodation services through the provision of outreach case management including:
