Based at our Milton Head Office and working with the People & Culture team, the Workplace Relations Specialist will provide expert advice to the wider organisation on Employment and Industrial Relations matters including case management and application of legislation and industrial instruments. You will lead and support a range of ER/IR activities and projects to build a compliant and contemporary industrial relations framework.
