About the position:

The newly created role of Specialist Programs and Projects Manager is responsible for the management and successful delivery of a range of new and emerging programs and projects for yourtown Virtual Services. You will:

  • Lead the development of current and emerging digital services for all Virtual Services Programs including Kids Helpline and Parentline
  • Lead the development and implementation of other current and emerging Virtual Services Projects and Programs
  • Project Manage the “My Circle” project – and exciting an innovative Digital Mental Health project undertaken in conjunction with Sydney University and BUPA Health Foundation
  • Oversee continuous improvement processes for all Virtual Services programs
  • Represent the organisation in forums, media, peak bodies and networks in a positive and professional manner

About you:

You will have Bachelor level qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or similar and direct practice experience utilising digital mental health platforms for young people. In addition, you will have:

  • Knowledge and experience in the use of digital and online platforms to reach and support children and young people
  • An understanding of, and the ability to manage continuous improvement processes that support service delivery as they relate to online and virtual services
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to represent the organisation in media, peak bodies and networks
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing programs/services
  • Proven experience in managing projects
