The Internal Auditor plays a key role in continuous improvement across all areas of our diverse not-for profit business. You will have the opportunity to work with and understand our unique business areas from our programs and client service delivery to our fundraising and art unions. You will be facilitating, coordinating, and delivering internal audits, investigations, and continuous control monitoring. Based at our Milton Head Office and functionality reporting within the Office of the CEO, you will lead our enterprise-wide internal audit program and report to the executive leadership team and board of directors.
As the Internal Auditor, your role will include undertaking internal audits relating to a variety of business and technical areas across yourtown. You will develop and deliver an annual schedule of internal audits through consultation with our stakeholders, including our executive team and organisational directors. To effectively mitigate risk, you will co-design with a range of stakeholders, and will report and present on assurance activity, audit findings and themes. In addition to this, you will lead targeted controls assurance and monitoring activities.

As the Internal Auditor, you’ll lead 4 to 6 strategic internal audits each year, covering a range of interesting and value-adding audit topics such as safeguarding, grants and donations, demand and change management, and holistic reviews of our client-facing services.
