Your Side Australia is a leading provider of support services for older people, vulnerable seniors, and carers throughout Sydney. For 30 years we've kept our commitment to give people greater choice and to enhance their independence and wellbeing.
We do this by assisting Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) providers to enhance service quality and increase capacity, particularly amidst ongoing Aged Care reforms, as well as provide care management across a range of aged care services.

We are looking for a Sector Support Coordinator, Aged Care to join our growing organisation on a part-time basis.
This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will focus on increasing home care provider capability and improve quality of service delivery through activities under a targeted range of primary areas, including engagement on the aged care reforms, promoting collaborative partnerships, compliance and improvement of business practices, workforce enhancements and embedding diversity and inclusion into service delivery. These activities will support service providers to uplift their capability ahead of the Aged Care reforms.

The role is supported by the Sector Support Administrator.
