About the Role

  • To manage corporate head office administrative functions.
  • To provide high-level administrative and project management support to the Contracts & Infrastructure and Information Technology Teams.
  • Provide leadership and support to Head Office reception staff.

Selection Criteria

Mandatory Requirements

  • International Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Australian driver's licence

Professional Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative or project management role within a high-volume, pressurised and demanding environment
  • Prior experience in providing leadership support to support staff
  • Experience with Salesforce would be highly regarded
  • Advanced knowledge of computer-based programs and processes, including email and internet, word processing applications, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Ability to liaise effectively with a range of staff, managers, customers and other stakeholders
