Until 31 December 2022, Yooralla is offering financial bonuses for any established allied health therapist or registered psychologist who joins our experienced, supportive team.
You will receive a $5000 (gross) bonus paid on commencement of your employment in an eligible role with Yooralla, and you’ll receive a further $2000 (gross) on successful completion of probation. If you’re referred to us by a current Yooralla employee, then the person who referred you will also receive $1,500 (gross) as a thank you for referring you.
This applies to all applications for eligible roles received by 31 December 2022.

Yooralla has multiple vacancies in Metropolitan Melbourne for a passionate, positive relationship builder, with experience working with a trans-disciplinary/multidisciplinary team model to join our team as a permanent, full-time or part-time, Paediatric Speech Pathologist. This fulfilling role will provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services across the scope of practice to children with a disability to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Your working days may involve:
You’ll be an established and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist with a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, be a member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA), have good interpersonal skills, and ability to engage people with a disability, motivate them and build their capability. You’ll have an ability to work in partnership with children with a disability to set and achieve goals, and to work collaboratively with the person’s supports, including their families.
