Y Whittlesea is seeking a full time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our diverse and vibrant team in planning and delivering our orgaisational marketing strategy and sector specific business needs. As a Y, you will be joining a progressive, diverse, and inclusive NFP in the business of caring for their community.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced digital specialist to lead the digital strategy and execution, performance and optimisation of all digital channels for the organisation. Your creative flair will be on show to produce high quality content for a range of digital projects across our diverse sector businesses, including; inclusion, early years and our recreation services.

You will be part of a creative, friendly, collaborative and high performing team reporting to the Marketing Manager. This position is based in the northern suburbs with a hybrid model of working on site and from home.

If you feel you meet what we are looking for in terms of:

• excellent interpersonal skills
• innovative and self-motivated
• minimum of 5+ years of practical experience in digital marketing
• tangible experience working with analytics
• strong written and oral skill with great attention to detail
• variety of social media scheduling platforms and evaluation tools
• competency using platforms such as Canva, Adobe & Lucid Press

Mandatory Requirements/Qualifications

• Current Employee Working With Children Check
• Current National Police Check (no more than 6 months old) and to be renewed every 3 years.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field or proven experience
