Our children’s services operations include the management of Kindergarten’s, Long Day Cares and Before and After School Care. In Recreation we support community engagement and healthy living through the management of 15 recreational facilities from leisure centres to outdoor pools and stadiums. Our youth specific programs have an increased presence in Ballarat through our Youth hubs, workshops and our amazing ReCranked program.

Our Opportunity

We currently have a vacancy at our Oak Street Kindergarten and are looking for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our motivated and enthusiastic team, who will also take on the responsibilities of the Nominated Supervisor role. 

The role will require someone who has well developed leadership and performance management skills, is a great communicator and mentor and who has the ability to stay on top of a busy workload.
