The Risk & Innovation Team drives innovative digital enablement for young people, and leads the risk, safety and safeguarding areas, developing leading-edge capability that sets Y NSW apart from its competitors.
Reporting directly to the Chief Risk and Innovation Officer (CRIO) the Head of Risk Culture will lead the development and implementation of an organisation-wide risk management and excellence framework.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring The Y NSW implements best practice approaches to managing risk, safety and safeguarding taking the organisation from ‘compliance to excellence’ by empowering, uplifting and inspiring colleagues.
You are a strategic thinker able to translate business needs into effective risk management programs and know how to influence at all levels of an organisation.
You have developed a suite of skills and knowledge essential for driving business success, not least technology innovation, human-centred design, and data-driven decision-making.
