Join an exciting initiative where you'll guide four young mothers living in a shared complex, helping them develop essential skills, boost their confidence, and cultivate self-worth. Your role is pivotal in providing them with the tools they need to thrive.
You'll become part of a vibrant, welcoming, and committed team—all driven by a shared vision: to uplift young families through best practices and meaningful support.
As the Jinndii Waijung House Coordinator, you'll foster strong relationships with the four young families in the shared complex, offering both individual support and collective opportunities for growth.
Working closely with the YFS Step by Step team, you’ll help young families define their goals and ambitions, creating tailored strategies that enable them to thrive. Your "do what it takes" approach will ensure they receive the guidance they need to flourish.
If you're passionate about empowering young parents and have experience in case management, coaching, or support work with vulnerable families, we'd love to hear from you.
This role requires an adaptive and resourceful mindset, responding to the unique needs of young parents through an innovative evidence-informed service model. Direct experience working with young people—particularly young parents—is highly valued.
