About the job

  • Role location: Yarrabilba
  • Role type: Permanent, part-time
  • Pay range: $43.08 - $49.28 per hour based on experience, with salary sacrificing available

As the Jinndii Waijung House Coordinator, you'll foster strong relationships with the four young families in the shared complex, offering both individual support and collective opportunities for growth.

Working closely with the YFS Step by Step team, you’ll help young families define their goals and ambitions, creating tailored strategies that enable them to thrive. Your "do what it takes" approach will ensure they receive the guidance they need to flourish.

About you

If you're passionate about empowering young parents and have experience in case management, coaching, or support work with vulnerable families, we'd love to hear from you.

This role requires an adaptive and resourceful mindset, responding to the unique needs of young parents through an innovative evidence-informed service model. Direct experience working with young people—particularly young parents—is highly valued.
