About the role

The Owners Corporation Manager will ensure that all Strata Management services are delivered in line with contractual obligations and with a client-first approach to service delivery.

Key aspects of this role will be:

• Provide high quality services to Unison stakeholders and clients
• Deliver effective resolution of enquiries, requests, arrears, or complaints
• Chairing of Owners Corporation committee meetings
• Manage the performance of staff under direction to achieve department goals
• Assist with identifying new business opportunities
• Manage the owners corporation budget process
• Ensure adherence and compliance with all relevant codes, acts and regulations as determined by statutory authorities and regulatory bodies, as well as Unison Policies and Procedures

About you

You will demonstrate a professional, dynamic and friendly customer-focused attitude.

To be successful, you will possess the following:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Owners Corporation Management, with relevant sector qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in securing renewals, new contracts, and resolving complex disputes for Owners Corporation Committees
• Relevant experience in leading a small team, and achieving key performance measures and financial targets
• Excellent communication skills and previous experience liaising between management, contractors and stakeholders
• Excellent time management skills including ability to prioritise tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Some outside of work hours may be required to attend onsite AGM meetings
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
• Previous roles in not-for-profit sector will be viewed favourably

On Offer

• Fixed term (until March 2025), full time role
• Salary $100,000 per annum (plus super, salary packaging and 17.5% leave loading)
• 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% annual leave loading
• Salary packaging of up to $15,900 tax free
• Supportive working arrangements with option for work hours flexibility
