About the role

We are looking for someone who loves to develop partnerships with a range of organisations and the local community to plan, implement and evaluate initiatives that enable children and families to thrive!

As part of a backbone team as part of the Upper Yarra Partnership, the Service Navigator will lead and support the engagement with service providers and the community to build strong, connected and responsive services and supports that improve health and wellbeing outcomes for children aged 0-14 years and their families.

Why you’ll love working with us

At Yarra Ranges Council, we offer truly flexible working arrangements, including the option for in-office and remote work. This means you can enjoy the best of both worlds: the support and collaboration of a team-based environment, as well as the freedom and flexibility of working from home.

  • Option to take up a fortnightly or monthly RDO
  • Temporary Full-time position until September 2025 (76 hours per week) (Grant Funded position).
  • Salary from $93,007 (Band 6) per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation.
