About the Role

The Graphic Designer provides end-to-end graphic design solutions across digital, print and promotional collateral in support of WWF Australia's Marketing & Engagement, Fundraising and Conservation projects. The role ensures WWF brand guidelines are maintained and provides expert design advice and creative input into campaign development.

Key Accountabilities (please refer to PD for full list)

  • Creates exceptional and engaging supporter experiences that inspire action through innovative use of design.
  • Designs and produces creative assets for use across all digital channels, including social media, EDM and web, incorporating brand campaign IDs, hero art visuals, digital display, infographics, animations and motion graphics.
  • Provides end-to-end graphic design solutions across print and promotional collateral.
  • Develops supporter communications, including annual reports, newsletters, stakeholder communications, presentations and reports.
  • Engages with printers, freelance designers and agencies for the outsourcing of creative and production.
  • Sources and curates digital assets, including images, video, and graphics.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of digital design, with experience creating assets for websites, email and social media.
  • Demonstrated track record producing consistent branded experiences across multi-channel communications.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing design with a purpose, that educates, inspires and encourages action.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing materials for publication.
  • Demonstrated ability to modify style for different audiences and mediums.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to achieve quality standards within tight deadlines within a fast paced, responsive, "live" environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a constructive member of a high performing team.
  • Experience in managing a network of third party suppliers, including printers and creative agencies to achieve project outcomes.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
