How to apply

WWF-A invites consultants (firms or individuals) to submit a comprehensive proposal describing and articulating the work requirements outlined in the attached ToR. The submission to the WWF-A should include:

  • Cover letter (max one page) summarising experience
  • Technical proposal
  • CVs of all team members
  • Three recent work samples
  • Financial proposal (free format) including the consulting daily rate. Please note that the financial proposal should be all inclusive (including travel, etc.,) as no separate allowances will be provided.
  • Name and contact details of three professional references (including at least two related to evaluation expertise and performance).

The technical proposal should contain the following methodological topics as a minimum:

  • the evaluator’s understanding of research questions
  • description of the phases related to the learning program approach proposed
  • proposed methodology.
