Wunan Foundation is a leading Aboriginal development organisation based in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Its purpose is to ensure that Aboriginal people enjoy the capabilities and opportunities necessary to make positive choices that lead to independent, fulfilling lives.
To achieve this, Wunan has developed five strategic priority area: Leadership, Education, Employment, Housing and Health, with this role focused on Education, Housing and Employment programs.
The overall purpose of this role is to support Wunan’s core mission by providing strong management and strategic development of Wunan’s existing and emerging accommodation programs. The primary two programs currently are the Burraluba Hostel in Halls Creek and the Kimberley Education Excellence Program (KEEP) in Perth.
The successful, applicant will provide strong organisation management of Wunan’s existing and future accommodation programs and ensure delivery of KPI’s and leadership of a small but committed team. Wunan is seeking a Manager, Accommodation Program to take ownership of developing and implementing a business plan and accountability measures to manage quality service provision.
