Position Overview

The Junior IT Support role is responsible for providing IT support to users within World Wellness Group (WWG), including contractors and contracted organisations. This role will assist the IT team with the installation of software and hardware, escalate IT issues, maintain IT systems, user training, and support documentation, policies, and procedures related to IT. Additionally, the role involves access control support and telephony support.

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Providing IT support to users (hardware and software)
  • Troubleshoot IT issues and escalate where required
  • Assisting the IT team with installation, configuration of IT systems
  • Setup and maintenance of user accounts
  • Provide training to users
  • Assist with maintaining and organising IT systems
  • Assist with development of policies and procedures related to IT
  • Prepare IT training content
  • Support access control systems
  • Provide telephony support, including setup and troubleshooting of phone systems

  • Skills in cybersecurity awareness and best practices

Desirable

  • Advanced skills and understanding of Microsoft 365
  • Experience providing IT support
  • Ability to work flexible work hours
  • Experiencing using Medical Practice Software (Best Practice)
