Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Strategic Talent Solutions: You’ll identify, create, and source strategic development solutions, and help foster positive change, creating a robust foundation of top talent.
  • Talent Development: You’ll drive initiatives that elevate our people; Whether it’s new employee orientation, training programs or leadership development.
  • Training Administration: From logistics to content delivery, you’ll ensure seamless training administration and deliver valued insights that support continued growth and learning - making learning experiences exceptional.

  • E-Learning Experience: Familiarity with Captivate & Articulate is a plus.
  • Project Management: You’re organised and results driven.
  • Facilitation: Whether in-person, online, or hybrid, you’ve got it covered.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Qualified: Advantageous if you have a Cert IV Training and/or related studies in Organisational Development.
