The position

The Integrated Designer’s primary role is to create, develop, support and build web, digital display, eDM, social, and print collateral in line with the brand and supporter experience strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working in the creative department and is passionate about print, right through to social media and everything in between.

Your role plays an integral part in the organisation, enabling us to support our mission of empowering Australians to create meaningful change for the world’s most vulnerable children and communities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise, visualise and execute deliverables for omni channel campaigns
  • Work across the full project lifecycle from concept through to final delivery, providing digital and print solutions and support throughout
  • Deliver stunning concepts and designs to meet briefs, user needs and stakeholder expectations
  • Receiving and interpreting briefs, developing them as rough concepts and presenting them to the marketing department
  • Creation of concept drawings, storyboards or other low-res prototypes or mock-ups to communicate concepts
  • Ideating, crafting and designing through the line campaigns that could include print, Edm, web, social media and video collateral
  • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Use Agile methods to assist in defining scope, managing workflow and clear communicating scope and progress where necessary
  • Maintain a high awareness of industry best practices and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability and emerging marketing strategies

Who we’re looking for 

We are looking for an out of the box thinker, someone who is passionate about their craft, motivated and enthusiastic. If you are an amazing graphic designer, art director, or visual communicator then this could be the role for you.

Please also attach your portfolio to showcase your experience.

You will have:

  • At least 2 – 5 year’s experience working within an agile development team in a business environment
  • Experience within a fast paced, flexible environment.
  • Sound knowledge of the creative environment
  • Sound application of software required for traditional and digital asset development
  • Excellent communication (particularly pitching ideas)
  • Familiarity with campaign thinking across multiple touch points from traditional to digital
  • An understanding and application of Creative Cloud software
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing Communications
