This role is responsible for the day-to-day coaching and leadership of fundraising acquisition (sales) teams to ensure they have the right behaviours to achieve the desired results. As a Team Leader, you will be playing a crucial role in helping WVA’s goal. You will be leading by example and will be responsible for motivating, retaining and developing our face-to-face fundraisers. You will achieve fundraising targets through effective team management and brand awareness.
You will be advocating for the world’s most vulnerable children and sharing the lasting impact our Child Sponsorship program has to everyday Australians.
This role will require the use of a personal vehicle (with a provided car allowance) for Bump-in Bump-out activities.
As the successful applicant, you will have Face-to-Face fundraising experience. You will possess excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a strong grasp of coaching and mentoring principles. You will have an energetic and passionate approach with a love of engaging with people.
The hours of work for this role are in accordance with Retail and Event operational hours and you will need to be available to work some of your ordinary work hours on weekends and outside standard business hours.
