The position

World Vision Australia is looking for a Digital Optimisation Lead to join our newly established Digital Team.

As the Digital Optimisation Lead, you will:

  • Design and implement an ongoing AB/MVT testing program across our digital platforms including but not limited to websites, portal, email and app channels.
  • Lead the development of data-driven personalisation strategies to improve donor journeys.
  • Translate digital behaviour into actionable insights that enhance engagement and increase conversions.
  • Collaborate with marketers, designers, developers and CX experts to bring ideas to life.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest CRO tools, trends and technologies.
  • Provide regular reporting on performance, test outcomes, and future recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive optimisation outcomes.

Who we’re looking for 

We are looking for a creative, analytical self-starter who is genuine in the desire to create rewarding supporter experiences that drive commercial benefits.

You will have:

  • Proven ability to establish and lead a conversion rate optimisation program
  • Demonstratable experience identifying, executing, and reporting on outcomes of AB/ MVT experiments
  • A strong track record of delivering successful customer experience and commercial outcomes
  • A solid understanding of UX design and design software such as Figma
  • Familiarity with SEO, programmatic display, paid social, and email marketing advantageous
  • Exceptional problem-solving and influencing skills
  • Innovative thinking to keep digital assets and marketing campaigns aligned with latest industry trends
  • Experience leveraging Insider or other test and optimisation tools essential
  • Strong stakeholder management skills a demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • A minimum of 3-years’ experience in a similar role in addition to relevant tertiary qualifications
