CRM User Acceptance Testing Analyst

The position

Responsible for managing user acceptance testing for Phase 1 of the CRM Project, as well as developing test cases with users, product managers, and other teams. The key focus for this role is to provide support to the CRM Project Super Users as they work through the UAT testing cycles.

This role is also responsible for environment management for the CRM project, including ensuring data is co-ordinated between systems and that full end-to-end testing can be completed between all integrated environments.

Your role plays an integral part in the organisation, enabling us to support our mission of empowering Australians to create meaningful change for the world’s most vulnerable children and adults.

This is a contract role until September 2022.

In addition to this you will be:

  • Engaging with users, business stakeholders and project team members to ensure work is delivered to agreed objectives
  • Sustaining a high-level team focus, motivation and performance
  • Ensuring SIT and UAT systems are available for testing, including data refreshes co-ordinated with relevant project team members as required
  • Creating and then maintaining Business SME Super User Group, including managing Super User time allotment to the UAT testing
  • Developing detailed UAT scripts in Azure Devops, as per the future state business process maps, including all variants related to the business processes, to ensure comprehensive testing scenarios
  • Documenting or assisting Super Users to document bugs found during testing and co-ordinating with the project team to ensure bugs are addressed in a timely manner

Who we’re looking for 

As the successful applicant you will have solid skills in developing User Acceptance testing scripts based off Business Process maps and have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated by the ability to interact at all levels within the organisation and with external parties.

You will also have:

  • A logical approach to problem solving and an investigative and inquisitive mind
  • Effective time management and personal organisation skills
  • Ability to communicate with technical experts and collate complex information from various sources
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment, solving problems and ensuring stakeholders are part of the solution
  • Experience with Azure DevOps Testing functionality
  • Previous experience in managing environments and related data to facilitate testing
  • Prior experience working with business SME’s to develop a strong and cohesive Super User group
  • Demonstrated experience in working on a change project in the role of UAT analyst or similar
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience in change management.
