We are currently seeking a Contact Centre Consultant to join our amazing onsite team. We are looking for someone who will thrive on creating positive and rewarding relationships between World Vision Australia (WVA) and our supporters.
This role specifically engages with supporters in a manner which results in long-term loyalty whilst maximising opportunities to advocate on behalf of children and communities that WVA serve.
You will engage our supporters through inbound and outbound channels to raise awareness, educate on WVA programs, overcome objections and secure monthly donations.
* You must be available for 2 weeks of full-time training in office *
