Worawa Aboriginal College is seeking an experienced social worker who is flexible and demonstrates initiative and drive, to fill the position of Wellbeing Coordinator. This position will lead the College’s student wellbeing support and programs. A key function of this position is to work collaboratively to implement the Worawa Model of Wellbeing across College operations.
Worawa Aboriginal College is the only boarding school in Australia that caters specifically for Aboriginal girls in secondary years of schooling. Students come from urban, regional and remote Aboriginal communities across the country. The Worawa education model has a distinctive profile based on an integrated Education, Culture, and Wellbeing model.
