We are seeking a Senior Receptionist to join our team of casual administrators that provide professional and responsive reception service to staff, visitors, clients and community members.
The senior receptionist offers the first point of contact in a triage response for current and potential clients, requiring a skilled, boundaried and empathic focus on determining risk and eligibility for services.
The position works closely with GenWest’s integrated family violence staff in this triage role, and is expected to develop and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with all GenWest staff, clients and visitors, to contribute to positive program outcomes and enhance GenWest’s reputation for warm and responsive service delivery.
There is an expected 1-2 days a fortnight (Friday) as a known roster, with additional hours negotiated for peek periods, staff leave or training.
The position is available on a casual basis and is paid at GenWest EA Level 3, pay point negotiable dependent on experience (ranges from $40.68 - $43.63 an hour + 10% superannuation.
