ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to join our growing People and Culture team in coordinating the organisations attraction, talent, recruitment and onboarding.

The role is responsible for the full end to end recruitment and onboarding process including:

  • Liaising with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
  • Drafting position descriptions and advertisements
  • Advertising positions and responding to candidate queries
  • Actively sourcing and phone screening candidates
  • Scheduling and assisting with interviews
  • Reference checking
  • Contract preparation, negotiation and drafting
  • Conducting induction sessions
  • Facilitating onboarding process

In addition to this, the Business Partner will be expected to contribute to policy development and various P&C project initiatives, provide general employee advice and coordinate employee contract variations.

The position is available on a full-time permanent basis and is paid at GenWest EA Level 6, pay point negotiable dependent on experience (ranges from $92,694.16 - $96,804.24) pro rata EFT + 10% superannuation.

All appointments are made subject to the candidate providing a current satisfactory National Police Certificate conducted by the Victoria Police and a Working with Children Check.
