ABOUT WOMEN’S HEALTH WEST

Women’s Health West (WHW) is the gender equity agency for the western metropolitan region of Melbourne. Our programs and services are for designed to redress gender inequity and benefit victim-survivors of family violence in Melbourne’s west. ABOUT THE ROLE

The People and Culture Business Partner reports to the Manager - People and Culture, and is part of the People and Culture team supporting the organisation in delivering it's strategic and operational objectives, goals and targets via the application of human resource strategic and operational best practices.

The role covers all human resource generalist practices and is required to deliver the organisational people and culture services, specialising in the following core responsibilities:

  • General people and culture service delivery across ER, IR, EEO and OH&S
  • Employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and exit management)
  • Attraction, talent management (including visa and graduate management) and workforce capability
  • Payroll support, and employment hero data management and reporting

The role is available on a permanent, part-time (0.8 FTE) basis and is paid at WHW EA level 6, pay point negotiable based on experience (ranges from 92K to 96K per annum pro rata EFT) + 10% superannuation.
