- Base: Richmond (some work from home can apply by arrangement)
- Pay Range (based on experience and/or qualifications): $58.46 (SCHCADS level 6.1) to $68.86 per hour (SCHCADS level 7.3)
- Hours: 21 - 28 hours per week

The Women’s Cottage is a Feminist community-based service providing crisis response, information, resource, referral, and advocacy services. The Women’s Cottage is run by women for the women, children and young people of the Hawkesbury LGA and surrounding areas. The Women’s Cottage is a place where all women, regardless of age, religion or sexual orientation and gender identity are valued and treated as equal. Essential Criteria
- Minimum 1 year demonstrated effective work experience supporting National Redress applications.
- Minimum 4 years demonstrated effective work experience supporting women who have experienced childhood sexual assault.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in trauma-informed practice and its application when working with women experiencing complex trauma.
- Demonstrated high level communication and organisational skills and capacity to work through complex situations.
- Demonstrated commitment and understanding of the issues faced by Aboriginal/TSI and CALD clients accessing services and support and the ongoing impacts of colonisation and racism in the National Redress context.
- Demonstrated competence in using electronic based files and data entry.
- Genuine interest in working in a small creative team in a Feminist Service.
- Working with Children and Police Check.
Desirable:
- Relevant qualifications / training.
- Demonstrated experience supporting highly complex National Redress applications.
- Demonstrated understanding of the implications of working with clients with the National Redress Scheme set to finish in 2028.
- Previous experience supporting Redress applications that have been previously declined or returned for more information.
- Previous experience with DEX (Data Exchange Data Entry Portal).
- Able to start work in July 2025.
