About the Role

The Youth Justice Housing Pathways Initiative & The Continuing Care Housing and Support Initiative are designed to facilitate a smooth transition into the community for young people who are Leaving DFFH care or exiting Youth Justice Centre's.

The team Leader provides support to all youth justice and continuing care workers at Wombat and developing positive collaborative relationships with key eternal stakeholders.

• You will enjoy advocating for clients and be able to develop strong stakeholder partnerships

• You will have a sound understanding of the youth justice and continuing care systems

Work Arrangements

• Fixed term (9 months)
• .8 or .9 EFT – negotiable
