As a Youth Assertive Outreach Worker, you will apply assertive and persistent outreach practices to provide purposeful assistance to young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours. You will offer crucial support and resources to youth facing homelessness and rough sleeping, aiming to address their immediate needs and empower them with opportunities for connection and stability.
In this role, you will also focus on securing safe housing options, building meaningful connections with youth experiencing homelessness, and guide them toward a renewed sense of purpose.

In addition to base salary plus superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits.
