For over 20 years, Uniting’s Enterprise Partnerships & Development (EP&D) team has worked across sectors of banking and finance, essential services, insurance, debt collection and with government regulators and policymakers. We partner with our clients to deliver consulting and training services to build their organisational capacity to support consumers who may be experiencing a range of vulnerabilities.
More than ever, businesses are being held to a higher social standard with companies expected to consider community concerns and deal with these factors accordingly – to retain legitimacy and continue their enterprise.
Our primary focus is consumer outcomes but what we have found is that it also increased company performance and revenue. Our approach is strengths based, and solution focused to build on positive business culture delivering appropriate and effective interactions with clients.
We are looking for a Training and Development Consultant, who shares our commitment to enabling better consumer and business outcomes.
While working as part of a collaborative team, you will have the autonomy to manage key corporate, regulatory and government client relationships throughout project consultation, development, and delivery process and work with consumers of Uniting’s programs and services to capture their lived experience to inform your consulting and training activities.
