We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic nurse to be part of a new service supporting consumers in the community to enhance their health, wellbing, independence and quality of life. Reporting to the Senior Manager Nursing & Allied Health, this role provides nursing services to consumers in their home. The initial focus of the role is Commonwealth Home Support Program services. However, with opportunities to expand into disability services as the team grows.
