Uniting is seeking a dynamic and proactive Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and customer service support to our programs, staff, and external stakeholders. You will contribute to ensuring smooth operations and maintaining positive relationships across various teams and with our partners.
Our work isn’t easy, but it matters. Work with people who care as much as you.
In addition to your base hourly rate of $33.41(SCHADS Level 2) + super, you can access the following.
To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a Certificate in Business Administration or extensive experience in customer service, reception and administration support roles. Previous experience in a human services organisation would be advantageous.
You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload with conflicting tasks and deadlines. A strong initiative and proactive attitude are essential to this role. Strong communication, organisation and computer literacy skills is also key.
