As Procurement Specialist, working full time in a 6-month max-term agreement, you will step in to continue progress on two (2) category pieces – Vehicle / Fleet and Gift Cards / Vouchers.
Both projects are at implementation stage and will require you to implement new processes and systems to manage both categories (e.g., pool car booking system, automated voucher system, etc.) that utilise existing organisation platforms.
Additionally, you will be responsible for commencing work on a substantial vehicle replacement exercise and also commencing work on a couple of other smaller category pieces.
Joining a small procurement team that sits within the larger Finance team, you will collaborate with Uniting stakeholders to make informed value-based procurement decisions that best balance key decision factors including cost, quality/reliability, supply/demand, social benefits, efficiency, and risk.
Commencing in October 2024, you will spend a month with the existing Procurement Specialist to ensure you are set up for success.
