Your new role

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities – our P&C Business Partners value the strong relationships they build with people leaders, providing both strategic and operational partnering with leaders on people matters to achieve solutions that meet business needs.

As part of the Business Partnering team, you will be responsible for supporting a diverse business portfolio and driving strong engagement with a broad range of stakeholders. You will collaborate to develop workforce plans, promote data-driven decision-making, and implement change initiatives.

Additionally, you will coach and uplift people leaders' capabilities in managing employee relations and addressing complex workforce issues, enabling them to implement effective people management practices and foster productive, consumer-focused teams.

About you

You’re a seasoned HR professional with expertise across strategic HR, employee relations, and business partnering. Recognised as a trusted advisor by leaders, you bring a wealth of expertise, providing advice on workplace issues, performance management, change initiatives, employee development, and ER/IR matters.

Your deep understanding of modern awards, enterprise agreements, and industrial relations frameworks enables you to simplify complexity and provide clear, actionable guidance to leaders. You’re comfortable navigating workplace issues and confident in advising on both operational and strategic people challenges.

You have a strong track record of working collaboratively with senior leaders to drive positive people experiences and deliver business outcomes. Your stakeholder engagement, coaching, and capability-building skills are key to your success, backed by relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
