We are looking for experienced retail professionals with creative flair to help us achieve our vision of vibrant, dynamic and contemporary op shops. Uniting Op Shops nurture a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development within our teams. You will join a highly capable and competent team that is friendly, helpful, respectful and enjoys a good laugh from time to time.
Permanent part time position, 3 days a week (Sun, Mon, Tues), weekend penalty rates.
In addition to base salary plus superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading, 25% discount at all Uniting Op Shops and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits. There is also an option for additional purchased leave to increase your annual leave entitlements.
Paid Parental Leave for upto 10 weeks.
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, with demonstrated experience in managing retail stores. Knowledge of brands and fashion trends and ability to develop, mentor and motivate a dynamic team of employees and volunteers.
