The Family Preservation and Reunification Response Program is a new innovative approach to delivering intensive, evidence-based and sustainable intervention support to vulnerable children and families in partnership with Child Protection. The response will build upon existing child and family services within the broader system and aims to prevent at risk children and young people from entering or re-entering care. The program will also support children and young people currently in care to safely reunify with their families where possible.
As a FPR Senior Practitioner, you will provide intensive wraparound case management services to the most complex and challenging families who present with multiple demands.
