We are seeking a suitability qualified Early Childhood Teacher to support the delivery of our kindergarten program in Warragul. The position will work with one group of children on Monday and Wednesday, 7.5 hour sessions. Planning time flexible.
The Early Childhood Teacher will work closely with existing staff to provide high quality early childhood education and care to children.
You will oversee service operations to maintain compliance and quality and to provide leadership to a passionate and professional team to ensure the provision of quality early childhood programs.
You will also ensure we provide an environment that reflects a safe, inclusive, responsive and supportive program where the interests and needs of children are the foundation for the creation of the educational programs.
Strong leadership, knowledge of contemporary early childhood practice, provision of high-quality programs, and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.
Ongoing part-time position working 47 hours per fortnight allowing flexibility of planning hours. Casual work across our other services is also available.
