Exciting opportunity to be involved in establishing a home support service with Uniting. This role manages incoming enquires and referrals for clients seeking home support services such as allied health, nursing, personal care, domestic assistance, home maintenance and home modification. The role involves assessing client’s needs and arranging appropriate services to help older people to remain living at home.
