As the Consumer Outcomes Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Uniting understands, measures, and communicates the experiences and outcomes of our consumers. This role will help ensure Uniting can meet its strategic objective to provide evidence informed services for consumers.
In this role, you will lead the development of an organisation-wide Consumer Outcomes Framework, collaborating with consumer partners to ensure their voices and experiences are central to our approach. You will also work with flagship programs, consumer partners, service delivery teams, and external stakeholders to implement the framework and capture meaningful outcomes and insights.
You will also lead the use of innovative, inclusive, and forward-thinking tools and methodologies to support transparent, data-driven decision making.
