As a Community Engagement Officer within our HACC PYP (Home, Community and Care Program for Younger People), you will be an integral part of a team committed to enhancing the well-being of individuals with disabilities, mental health challenges and chronic medical conditions in the local community aged from birth to 65 years. You will play a vital role in building strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders, ensuring access to essential services and support.

In addition to receiving a salary paid under the SCHCADS award, plus superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in social work, Community Development, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). You will also have:
