Working in a full-time capacity at our Reservoir service, the Assistant Coordinator will provide coaching and mentoring to support teachers and educators with all aspects of program planning, implementation and assessment in accordance with approved learning frameworks and the service philosophy.

In developing the program, you will plan, implement, and modify a quality and diverse educational program based on an approved curriculum framework while utilising a variety of teaching strategies including intentional teaching and reflective practice in your daily work.

About you

You are a motivated and experienced early learning professional with a passion for people and learning. Experienced at leading a team, you are proactive in your day-to-day work – working independently and as part of a team, supporting our staff and children on their journey of learning. You easily establish rapport with people and leverage this to engage in critical reflection around professional growth and development.

With your extensive experience you have strong knowledge and demonstrated application of early learning frameworks along with an in depth understanding of the applicable regulations and laws surrounding early learning.
