Providing more than just accommodation, Reid’s operate a program for over 50 people that are at risk or experiencing homelessness in Ballarat. Reid’s has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Consumer Support Team and make a difference in people’s lives.
As an After-Hours Consumer Support Supervisor, you will be an onsite positive presence overnight, on weekends and public holidays. The role is varied and includes assisting consumers with day-to-day enquiries, providing appropriate responses to unexpected issues or incidents that arise, working within a positive trauma informed framework and facilitating a range of groups and activities to engage Consumers.
Hours include weekends, public holidays and overnight shift that does include a sleepover component.

In addition to base salary plus superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits.
