As an Advanced Case Manager, you will provide Case Management service provision to children and young people entering the program. This includes supporting and supervising Carer Households, working collaboratively with a variety of key stakeholders, managing referrals, and identifying suitable Out-of-Home Care accommodation.
Additionally, you will handle referrals of young people from Child Protection and ensure the establishment of safe and secure foster care placements.

In addition to base salary plus superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits.
